What is the timeline?

Every project is different, but we’ll give you a clear start and finish date before we begin. Most bathroom or kitchen renovations take 1–3 weeks, while larger jobs like basements or additions may take longer. We don’t overbook — once we start your project, we stay until it’s done.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured and WSIB-compliant. We carry liability coverage to protect you, your home, and our crew. Certificates are available on request for peace of mind.

What is your process?

We start with a free consultation and walk-through, then provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we handle permits (if needed), schedule trades, and keep you updated throughout. No surprises — just clear communication and quality work, start to finish.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a standard 1-year workmanship warranty. Most materials we use also come with manufacturer warranties. If something’s not right, we make it right.

How do I pay?

We accept e-transfer, cheque, or credit card. A deposit is required to book your project, with progress payments scheduled at key milestones. You’ll get a clear breakdown in your contract — no hidden fees.
